You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Once your order is shipped, it will be marked as complete in our database and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

I haven’t received my order yet! Is it lost?

What is your refund policy?

We’ve 30 days money back guarantee refund policy. If you did not like the product, simply send an email and we will refund your amount.

To receive the refund, the product first needs to be shipped to our warehouse. Once we receive the product we’ll process your refund. The shipping cost for return is required to be paid by customer. 

Damage Item Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 30 days of receiving the products at support@brighturn.com with pictures of the damaged items, then return the damaged item to us. Upon the receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

BrightTurn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, BrightTurn will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
